A digital platform for managing vehicle services

Specification, design and development of an Enterprise Web Platform for managing an organization’s vehicle operations - from selecting leasing vehicles to the ongoing management of employee vehicle services.

The system centralizes a wide range of processes and services in one place: vehicle selection, information and guidance, digital form submission, accident reporting, service requests and support. In addition, an AI Assistant was integrated into the system, enabling users to access information, ask questions and receive assistance through a chat interface.

Alongside the user-facing system, a complete Admin Dashboard was developed, enabling the management of employees, vehicles, processes, forms, service requests and content, while centralizing all activity within a single management system.

The project combines UX/UI, Web Application, CRM, AI and Digital Experience, with an emphasis on simplifying complex processes, automation and improving the service experience.
